- Larry Armstrong: You have excellent taste. He's a creep. A certifiable, bona fide, double-digit IQ, creep.
- Claudia Blaisdel: Yeah.
- Larry Armstrong: As a matter of fact, that guy is the sovereign state of Michigan's gift to creepdom. Now, on the other hand, eh, I'm generably regarded as fairly likeable, reasonably good looking, I'm a whiz at my job.
- Claudia Blaisdel: And very modest.
- Krystle Carrington: [Krystle meets Claudia while visiting an art gallery] I'm beginning to appreciate new things. How wonderful to have that gift, that talent.
- Claudia Blaisdel: There are all kinds of talents, Mrs. Carrington. There's the talent of being beautiful, getting any man that you want to fall in love with you. There's a talent of getting what you want out of life. Now that's a true talent, isn't it? Sorry. I hope that doesn't sound like a strange question coming from someone with my background.
- Krystle Carrington: Your past is past, Claudia. It could happen to any of us.
- Claudia Blaisdel: Don't you be nice to me, because I'm not here to be nice to you. I'm not here by accident, either. I called your house to see where you were. You see, I think you and my husband slept together when I was in the hospital.
- Krystle Carrington: Have you asked Matthew about this?
- Claudia Blaisdel: I'm asking you.
- Krystle Carrington: That's very unfair, Claudia. Matthew's your husband. I'm nothing to you.
- Claudia Blaisdel: And Blake Carrington is your husband. What is it that you want? I mean, don't you already have enough?
- Fallon Carrington Colby: I hate the George Cinq Hotel.
- Blake Carrington: Well, call him up, tell him you're coming and for him to move to the Meurice.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: I loathe the Meurice. Do you know they used it for Nazi headquarters during the war? Suppose I found myself sleeping in... Field Marshal Göring's favorite room?
- Blake Carrington: I tell you, if it comes to a showdown between you and Göring's ghost, you know where I'd put my money.
- Claudia Blaisdel: I just don't want to feel hurt anymore. Am I wrong?
- Steven Carrington: No, you're not wrong. Wrong is when you hurt somebody. That's the only wrong I know.
- Dr. Jordan: [Discussing Matthew] Have you talked about it with him? Given him a chance to at least defend himself?
- Claudia Blaisdel: No, I haven't. I don't have to, because in my heart, I know he loves her. Not me.
- [last lines]
- Steven Carrington: Do you know how important this night is to me, Claudia? You see, I, uh, I've never really been with a woman before. And that's why I wonder...
- Claudia Blaisdel: You don't have to wonder, Steven. There's a beautiful gentleness about you, a tenderness that transcends gender. That's something you're never going to lose, no matter what happens after tonight.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Mind if I come in?
- Michael Culhane: Does it make any difference if I mind? You're the boss's daughter. I'm paid to do what I'm *told.*
- Fallon Carrington Colby: [enters] I couldn't sleep. Besides, I was kind of bored. What with Jeff away and all.
- Michael Culhane: You look more bored when he's around.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Cheap shot, Michael.
- [smiles]
- Michael Culhane: Makes us even. This is some kind of cheap visit, isn't it? Only it so happens that now that you're a... married woman, far be it for me to take advantage of the fact.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Boy, that English wench must be something terrific.
- Michael Culhane: What wench?
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Colby's secretary. Janet, is it?
- Michael Culhane: Oh, Jennifer.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: [mimics:] "Oh, Jennifer." Well, I understand that you and "Oh, Jennifer" have become quite close... as it were.
- Michael Culhane: [nods] As it were.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: How is she?
- Michael Culhane: Well, now, that's... uh... That's a real big order.
- [scoffs]
- Michael Culhane: Know what I like the most about her? Hard as it will be for you to believe.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: What, pray tell?
- Michael Culhane: Her accent. And the way she talks. And the things she knows and says.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: About her boss and me?
- Michael Culhane: You and Cecil? A little bit, yeah.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Yeah, I'll bet a little.
- [nods, smiles]
- Michael Culhane: I don't think she's particularly interested in you, Fallon. Not when it comes to the fine, upstanding Carrington clan. But Mrs. Carrington... Krystle Carrington... Now, therein lies... Lays? Lies another story.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Which... *you*... are going to tell me.
- Michael Culhane: Why should I? I don't owe you anything.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Well, because if you don't tell me what I wanna know, I'm gonna have to assault you, despite your best efforts. Destroy your reputation.
- [Michael wants to put his arms around her]
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Tell me about my father's wife.
- Michael Culhane: Ah... well, now, it seems that Jennifer knows the secretary... Private secretary, another *English wench* as you'd put it... of a loan shark by the name of Volkert. And it seems that one day not too long ago... your father's wife paid him a visit, along with some jewellery. And that when she left his office, she was about $40 000 richer.
- [Fallon is intrigued]
- Michael Culhane: You want me to go on?
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Yes, go on.
- [nods]
- Michael Culhane: Say please.
- Fallon Carrington Colby: [smiles] Michael, I said it. Go on.
- Michael Culhane: Your father ever finds out about this, and he'll kill me.
- [nods]
- Michael Culhane: And the lady's liable to get hurt
- Fallon Carrington Colby: He won't find out. *From me.* Go on.
- Michael Culhane: Please?
- [his lips gets sealed by a kiss]
- Fallon Carrington Colby: Wait 'till Lenore comes down those stairs wearing those river pebbles she calls emeralds. Hm! She'll make Fritzie sell the Cornice and fly to South America for replacements.
