When the station is dispatched to the dumpster fire, the dispatcher says the time out is 1010 (10:10 a.m.). When they arrive at the scene, the maintenance woman has put out the fire, and reads from her logbook stating that she notified the fire department at 1400 (2:00 p.m.). After the squad leaves the scene and proceeds to their inspection, they receive a call from dispatch for their next run, giving the time out as 1226 (12:26 p.m.).
When driving with the infant to Rampart Hospital (in the squad car!), Roy is driving and Johnny is in the passenger seat. When the arrive at Rampart and park the squad, Johnny is driving and Roy is in the passenger seat. In the next shot Johnny is carrying the child through the ED.
When the ambulance arrives to pick up the lawnmower accident victim, it is a Ford. When the ambulance transporting him to the hospital, but it is a Chevrolet.
When the squad responds to the infant with difficulty breathing, the siren is the one that is always used. When they transport to Rampart the siren is different, the one that engine 51 uses.
In the ER treatment room where the man hit by the lawnmower projectile is having emergency surgery, a close up of the anesthesia machine says "animal
anesthesia ventilator" on it.
When Johnny rushes into the ED with the infant who has stopped breathing, you can see the girl is awake and is in no distress at all.
After the pipe bursts, Johnny says "I got some on me", the view pans and we see Roy coming toward the camera. On the right a crew member wearing a white short-sleeve shirt briefly steps into the frame, then steps back out as Roy nears.
As the man with the lawnmower injury is being wheeled into the OR, a boom mic shadow is visible briefly at the upper left of the frame.
While treating the victim of the law more accident, Gage connects the EKG pads directly to the BioPhone to send a strip to Rampart. The Biophone would not be able to transmit an EKG directly. The pads need to be connected to the Datascope which is then connected to the Biophone.
