When Station 51 arrives where the truck has crashed into the power pole, there are no marks anywhere that would have been visible in a crash of that type. At the very least, there would have been scrape marks on the pavement and in the dirt where the truck slid into the pole.
When Gage and DeSoto are at the house with the futon, an officer enters wearing a helmet, like motorcycle officers wear. But there is a police car parked in the driveway when Gage and DeSoto leave the house. This implies that the officer who wore the motorcycle helmet was driving a police car.
When Station 51 is called to the building with a bomb in it, there are other stations responding, yet only Station 51's S.C.U. tone can be heard. The S.C.U. tones for the other stations should also have been audible.
Back at the station when Johnny and Chet are complaining about Christy's behavior, Roy says he thinks she's very talented. There's no indication he's ever read anything she's written upon which to base this opinion.
