Frasier puts a Japanese knocker on his condo door and is served with a notice by the spartan Condo Board chairperson, a humorless virago. He approaches her at a meeting and is dismissed. So he decides to run for her position. What transpires is a series of wonderful comedic moments. Don't miss this one.
