- Tina Anderson: You said you were looking for a job, but I didn't know you knew anything about medicine.
- Dr. Richard Kimble: Well I studied to be a doctor. We did some work on animals in med school.
- Tina Anderson: Maybe you can cure my lovesick swan.
- Dr. Richard Kimble: I did surgery on a seagull once but I think a broken heart isn't so easy.
- Tina Anderson: I like you, I really do.
- Harry Anderson: You can't always have things your way, you know.
- Tina Anderson: Stop telling me all the time what I can't have. I'll have whatever I want.
- Narrator: [Opening Narration. Viewers see Richard Kimble entering a carnival grounds] A carnival can be a place of fun and games or the fun house mirrors reflection of man's uglier side. If you happen to be Richard Kimble, it can simply be another lonely street where the laughter belongs to someone else.
- Narrator: [Epilog Closing Narration. Viewers see Richard Kimble in the box car of a moving Southern Pacific train] The carnival has moved on and so, too, has Richard Kimble. The carnival moves north, taking its ragbag of noise and excitement to another town, searching for the crowds that are its life. And Richard Kimble, a Fugitive still, searches for the one man who can mean his life.
- Tina Anderson: I wonder if it's true what people say about them singing a last song.
- Dr. Richard Kimble: I don't know. Somebody told me once they were vicious.
- Tina Anderson: Well, the world doesn't belong to swans so maybe they have to be. To get what they want.
- Tina Anderson: You haven't even thanked Paul for helping me.
- Harry Anderson: You come here straight from work this wouldn't have happened!
- [to Kimble]
- Harry Anderson: I appreciate what you did.
- Concession owner: I just hope they catch that dame.
- Dr. Richard Kimble: What dame?
- Concession owner: Dame in the yellow sweater that started it. Carny said she knocked over the gas stove.
- Dr. Richard Kimble: Well then it could have been an accident.
- Concession owner: Yeah? Then how come she locked the door on them?
