Afraid of the shakes
mitchrmp17 April 2014
Apparently an earth quake took place right before this episode started. Though it isn't the main topic of this episode, it is the main topic of this episode. Stephanie is the focus and everybody is trying to figure out why she is clinging to Danny. She finds reasons to sleep in his bed at night, begs not to go to school, and finally clings to him and pleads in tears for him not to leave her.

This is a pretty heavy episode because Stephanie's problem seems pretty episode. I like that aspect of it, but the part that is hard to believe is how quickly it's resolved. I'm thinking several counseling sessions will have to take place before the heart of the matter may come out. But I understand that the limits of a half-hour show keeps that from being a possibility.

Stephanie Just Loves Her Daddy.
Movie-ManDan22 May 2018
Here is an episode full on undying devotion to parents. Sure it may be about Stephanie recovering from from a traumatizing event, but the love she shows towards her dad is beautiful.

An earthquake in San Fransisco leads Danny to being three hours late getting home and damages the Gibbler house making Kimmy stay with the Tanners for a few days. The only bit shown is Kimmy's last night. Because Danny was so late getting home, Stephanie becomes overly clingy to him. Who can blame her? She thought the earthquake seriously injured him. When she prevents him from attending a dinner party for work, Jesse and Joey convince him to see a specialist. When they do, it is great.

The subplot is hilarious. DJ completely overreacts over her first zit when she is supposed to play Mrs. Claus in a school play. All is good when she sees ten over girls with zits. DJ gets them all to laugh when she says: "Does anyone want to play connect the dots?" It is after DJ leaves after telling Jesse and Joey this story that is one of my favourite moments. Jesse proudly says "Joey, we did it again." Joey bursts his bubble saying "Jess, we didn't do anything," to which Jesse responds "Will you just let me have my moment!?" I'm dead.

The subplot is perfect. The regular plot isn't perfect, but I still really liked it.

The One With The Earthquake...

Warning: Spoilers
I really like this episode. It's funny, but it's also heartwarming. You see Stephanie in a new light and you really feel for her. It's really sad to see Stephanie this scared and worried about her Dad.

In this episode, an earthquake strikes San Francisco, but don't worry, everything is okay and everyone is safe. But afterwards, Stephanie suddenly becomes worried all the time and starts clinging to her Dad. She doesn't want him to go anywhere without her and she doesn't want to be left alone.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
