One of the show's best episodes.

A man out fishing finds the body of a beautiful young woman, she is later identified as Morna Copthorne, the daughter of Lord and Lady Copthorne. Nobody can fathom why such a sweet, young girl was killed.

A great episode, possible the best of the lot, it delivers on almost every front. As a mystery, it's spot on, you are made to wait until the very last to learn who and why. Gideon is very much put through his paces, he has to look under a multitude of rocks to find the truth.

You of course know that Morna isn't going to be as sweet and innocent as her naive parents thought she'd be, but the revelations are actually quite startling.

Angela Douglas was very good as Morna, perhaps best known for her Carry on roles, she was perfect for the part. Johnny Sekka and Norman Bowler were excellent in support, their scuffles looked pretty realistic.

This was a great watch.

9/10.

Morna Copthorne (Angela Douglas) is a beautiful student at posh girl's school who seems to have it all. Everyone likes her and she seems to have the perfect life.

The only daughter of Sir Robert Copthorne. The community is shocked when the young lady is found shot dead.

Flashbacks reveal that Morna's life was in freefall. She and her friend had a flat in London. There were night outs clubbing, doing drugs and she was heavily in debt. She was also pregnant.

Morna asked her fiancé Michael for some money so she could pay off her debts to Chay.

Commander Gideon thinks that it was either Michael or Chay who could be the culprit. Both had a showdown with Morna before her death.

A good episode with a few twists. It kept you guessing right till the end.

You just knew Morna had too many skeletons in her cupboard. A child spoilt by her parents at least her mother suspected the truth. It might have been easier if she went to her father for the money.
