"The Woman's Place" resembles Playgirl. an American magazine, founded in 1973 (during the height of the feminist movement), that had a monthly section entitled Man of the Month (centerfold) and "Celeb Nudes" featuring photographs of various celebrities from movie scenes, usually nude.
Anne kids about the idea that having a celebrity in the office would be like working for Burt Reynolds. In the late 1970s, Sally Field (Sally Burton) had a relationship with Reynolds, during which time they co-starred in several films.
