The girls have saved up $3000 for a certificate of deposit, Rose foolishly entrusts it to Sophia, foolishly she uses the money on something else, a Cuban prize fighter named Pepe, a man who happens to be a talented musician.
It's perhaps not the greatest episode from series four, but the bar is very high, and it's still a good, funny episode, it's definitely an original storyline.
Sophia's right about every fighter becoming an actor, it's a trend that carries on to this day, you only wish some of them hadn't. Seeing her operating as a boxing trainer, that wasn't expected.
Chick Vennera delivers a pretty wonderful performance as Pepe, initially he seems a little stereotypical, a bit one dimensional, but of course he's so much more.
6/10.
