This is one of the funniest and best written episodes of the entire show. The hijinks are memorable and side splitting; the material is handled with as much care as a sit-com can have. Really this is the show at its best.

The story of the exploding pig.

The girls have tickets to meet Burt Reynolds, Blanche books them into a hotel, a hotel with a dodgy clientele.
They should have opened the second series with this one, it's an out and out classic, it's up there with the show's best episodes, hilarious from start to finish, and that tantalising question, would we get to see Burt Reynolds himself. The one liners are tremendous. It's an episode I could watch over and over.
It's hilarious, but it also has a heart, the scene between Rose and Meg was lovely.
Betty White looks absolutely fabulous in that outfit, what a pretty lady. I'd argue she steals this episode, her monologues are tremendous, incredibly funny.
10/10.

Warning: Spoilers
The girls win tickets to see Burt Reynolds. There are only 3 of them so once again is Sophia left out. Their house is also infested by the termites so they have to move to a hotel. Blanche chooses the one with most men in the lobby only it turns out to be a prostitution meetup so they get arrested.
So fr my favorite episode of the show. I must say that I have nothing against the prostitution or see women performing it as trash, but I will look over it for the great humor in the episode and the fact that it was done in the 80's.
So many hilarious moments. When Blanche, who as I noticed before is a hypocritical slut, calls other women around her trash, I would want to see her punched in the face, but I loved Dorothy's way to save her.
Absolutely loved how Sophia got the tickets and how she used the same lines they said when they didn't care about her being left out.
And when the St. Olaf comes to tell Rose she will go back now, I expected some annoying cheesiness only it ended up being a hilarious punchline.
Fun to see Burt Reynolds too, his type is so 80's! So it was a good guest star.

Of course since he's a cockroach, he could be voted out in the next election. It's a very funny episode where the ladies have to go to a hotel because the house is being rented, excited over the opportunity to meet Burt Reynolds, and deal with being arrested for alleged prostitution. Estelle Getty is particularly funny as she gets ahold of the tickets, and Phil Rubenstein gets a lot of laughs as the exterminator. Certainly the hotel setup seems rather unrealistic but there's a lot of terrifically funny moments even if a few scenes involving the prostitution sting are uncomfortably written. The special guest star may not be one of my favorite movie stars, but the cameo is set up in a way that for Estelle gives her once again a winning exit.
