The car that the senator's secretary is killed in is a 1974 Lincoln. When Five-o arrives and is going over the crime scene, the burned out car is shown as a 1968 Lincoln. (suicide doors).
When Five=O is looking for Senator Henderson, HPD says that he is heading down Ala Wai Boulevard, and when he is shown, indeed he is. His destination is the Ilikai Hotel, which is at the entrance to Waikili, it wouldn't make sense for him to be heading down Ala Wai Boulevard, and deep into Waikiki.
When the car ran off the road, it exploded immediately. It did not hit anything which would cause it to explode; it just exploded.
The stunt man on top of the Ilikai elevator didn't look at all like Jack Lord. He had an afro style hair do.
When the suspect's black Lincoln goes over the cliff after trying to avoid McGarrett and burns, it is not the black Lincoln but rather a much older car (undetermined make) with a split windshield. This can be seen by using slow-frame mode as the accident occurs.
When McGarrett was interviewing Sakai in his office he said "a Ford was playing leap frog with him", but that car was a Lincoln.
When Henderson (William Windom) was parking his Mercedes at the Ilikai the parking meter said "4 HR" but McGarrett said "these meters are good for an hour" back at headquarters.
The sound was wrong for the helicopter taking the bomb away from the elevator. It was a Hughes 369. It sounded like a Bell 47.
Stock footage of the car exploding is of a late 1940's Chevrolet sedan. The car that went off the road was a 1970's Lincoln.
When speaking to the senator's daughter and son-in-law, we hear McGarrett's voice but his lips do not move. They finally do so, silently, a moment before the shot ends.
