Hogan and crew are supposed to give the secret film to an unknown spy named Rumplestiltskin, but they do not know who that person will be. This plays off the German fairytale where an imp like creature helps a miller's daughter spin straw into gold for a king, but then threatens to take her firstborn child unless she can guess his name, which is Rumplestiltskin.
In Klink's office, Hogan "bails out" Klink and speaks a Latin phrase which roughly translates to "Sound body, sound mind."
After the dog recovers the bone towards the end of the show, Hogan bends down to pick it up. When he arises, BOOM. There is the Paramount water tower with a couple of palm trees next to it.
