- Alistair Mundy: Mr. Powers, I've learned one simple truth in life: You can't run away from things.
- Alexander Mundy: Father, you're sure you want to go through with this? I mean, we barely got out alive the last time.
- Alistair Mundy: Absolutely. The only way to beat Redman is head on.
- Wally Powers: You mean walk right into his own backyard?
- Alistair Mundy: The element of surprise is on our side.
- Wally Powers: Your timing is right. Redman is involved in a new deal with the Other Side. We don't know what it is, but we do know it involves the investment of a great deal of money through Redman. Now, if we could break the back of his scheme, we could throw such a crimp into the Other Side's bank account, that they would get rid of Redman and save us the trouble.
- Alistair Mundy: Good thinking, Wally.
- Alistair Mundy: The saddest moment in a man's life comes when he looks back and realizes that he missed something important that was there for the taking, and he wasted something that was his.
- Alexander Mundy: Father, I never heard you begrudge one moment of your life.
- Alistair Mundy: Well, it was never more obvious to me than it is right now.
- Alexander Mundy: Well, what is it that you could have possibly missed? A Grand Prix Cup in Le Mans? A pair of bull's ears in Barcelona? Certainly not the moonshot? You'd make a terrible astronaut.
- Alistair Mundy: [chuckling] All the times we could have spent on fishing trips, just the two of us, getting to know each other maybe a little bit better.
- Alexander Mundy: What are you talking about? You were always the greatest.
- [first lines]
- Zeitman: Eighteen months ago my government commissioned you to set up the most perfect counterfeiting operation in the world.
- Eric 'The Red' Redman: It was quite successful.
- Zeitman: Until your vanity and greed enabled the SIA to destroy it. We could have completely undermined the balance of U.S. currency in a matter of a few more months... if you had not acted so stupidly.
- Eric 'The Red' Redman: Zeitman, I don't like being called stupid... particularly by you.
