  Shayera Hol : [to Wonder Woman]  If we're lucky, they'll all be that dumb.

• Wonder Woman : [after wrapping Abnegazar with her golden lasso]  Tell me your name.

  Abnegazar : Abnegazar.

  Wonder Woman : Tell me where to find Faust, Abnegazar.

  Abnegazar : In Hades' library.

  Wonder Woman : Lead us there.

  Abnegazar : Okay.

  [they fly off] 

  Shayera Hol : How'd you do that?

  Wonder Woman : Magic lasso. Who knew?

  Shayera Hol : If you don't want to tell me, fine.

• Shayera Hol : Why would anyone bother taking over this dump?

  Felix Faust : To get revenge on Hades for betraying me. I'd planned to torture him for a few millenia, but he tried to make a deal. Told me all about this library. He kept his end of the bargain, but I didn't keep mine. I still don't understand why he was surprised.

• Shayera Hol : We're revoking your library card.

  Felix Faust : You want to fight? Sorry, not in the mood.

  [He waves his hand, and the floor opens up, sucking Diana and Shayera down, and they disappear with a scream] 

  Felix Faust : [back to his book]  Darn it... lost my place.

• Wonder Woman : What about us? Are we good?

  Shayera Hol : Like oil and vinegar. We go together, but we don't mix.

  Wonder Woman : Works for me.

• Shayera Hol : Aren't you cold in that outfit?

  Wonder Woman : Not really.

  Shayera Hol : Of course not. The Princess doesn't get cold. The Princess doesn't even sweat in the Fire Pits of Tartarus.

  Wonder Woman : I do too sweat.

  Shayera Hol : Please, you glow.

• The Flash : I always thought the reason you two don't get along is because you're so much alike.

  [he grins] 

• Shayera Hol : We've come to put you back on the throne.

  Lord Hades : Or die trying?

  Shayera Hol : Not in the plan.

• [after reaching Hades' library, Diana starts to unwrap the golden lasso] 

  Shayera Hol : Wait, there's one more thing I want to ask him. Is there anything else we should know?

  Abnegazar : Yeah. You really, really shouldn't go in there. Now, could you please take this rope off of me? I'm a demon! The truth hurts.

• Shayera Hol : We become pals when I wasn't looking?

• Queen Hippolyta : Bring my daughter back to me.

  Shayera Hol : Nothing to worry about. She's almost as good at kicking butt as I am.

• Shayera Hol : It's getting kind of hot in here.

  Wonder Woman : Considering where we are?

  Shayera Hol : Point taken, but, still.

• Shayera Hol : Be practical; we're going to need Hades to help take Faust down.

  Wonder Woman : I don't even need *your* help.

• Shayera Hol : Didn't think I'd need a jacket where we were going.

• Queen Hippolyta : Diana, you know you're not supposed to set foot on this island. The gods have decreed that...

  Shayera Hol : The gods are decreeing stuff all the time around here.

  [Hippolya glowers] 

  Shayera Hol : Ma'am.

  Wonder Woman : I have to go into Tartarus and stop all of this.

  Queen Hippolyta : I won't allow it.

  Wonder Woman : Neither of us has any choice in the matter, Mother.

  Queen Hippolyta : Wait. if you are to attempt such a feat, you must have access to your full power. Because you stole your armor and lasso, you were never told of all the powers they possess.

  [touching the star on Diana's tiara] 

  Queen Hippolyta : When the time comes, you'll know everything you need to know.

• Shayera Hol : It's a package deal. You want the mace, you get me too.

• Wonder Woman : I forgave you a long time ago.

  Shayera Hol : Did I ever ask for your forgiveness?

• Shayera Hol : I can't make this decision for you, Diana, but, however you want to play it, I'll back you up.
