In the showdown between K.I.T.T. and the white Cadillac, the distance between the two vehicles changes greatly between shots and angles, even though they never move till near the end of the sequence.
As the biker approaches the hotel room which Michael and Natalie are sleeping in, it's clearly early morning outside. When the biker opens the door it's suddenly night outside.
When K.I.T.T. is returning to Calamity after dropping Natalie off with Devon in Long Pine, the digital speedometer reads about 150 mph, yet the 0-200 mph bar-graph display is only lit about halfway across, indicating that the car is only going about 90-100 mph.
Before Michael ejects the biker from KITT, he is shown pressing the Auto Roof L button but then the Eject R is shown.
When Michael struggles with the biker in the hotel room, the biker is lying directly on top of him with the gun sandwiched between the two of them. After the gun round accidentally goes off and kills the biker, there is no blood on Michael's singlet or hands from the wound when he gets up.
In the end of the western town scene after Micheal gives the thumbs up to K.I.T.T. and the camera cuts to the supposedly empty car. Through the glare on the windshield you can see someone in the driver seat moving around.
They break into Nicole's father's house and take the maid Thelma hostage, but they never show what happened to her afterward.
