Ten years ago Ross Mason robbed a bank of $100,000. He buried the money in a field before being caught for other crimes. Now, he has been released and he and his pal Dave are going to go to where the money is buried and dig it up. Little do they know that they are being followed by The Ranger and Tonto, who want to recover that cash and close this cold case. Unfortunately, homesteaders have built a house right over the spot where Mason buried the money. Mason plans to tear up the floor, recover the money, and then murder the people who live there. It's a tricky situation. The Ranger and Tonto will have to let Mason and Dave find the money but how to do that without endangering the people that live in the house? Could a disguise and impersonation be in order?
