When Margaret is standing by the time capsule at the end of the episode, she is holding the broken fan belt and Radar's teddy bear. When the camera angle changes to the side view, she isn't holding anything.
Hawkeye hands over Radar's teddy bear but this isn't the bear seen in Season 8, Episode 5 "Good-Bye Radar: Part 2". Hawkeye picks up Radar's teddy bear and you can see that the bear is brown not olive drab, that the bear has got a plastic nose and also the bear is missing its left eye.
When Margaret, BJ, Hawkeye and Charles are talking about a Time Capsule, Loretta Swit's fingernails are seen at over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have such long fingernails.
The medic guarding Soon-Lee is wearing a helmet with the Red Cross painted on the front. The practice of painting the Red Cross on helmets was stopped in early 1951 because North Korean snipers were using them to aim.
Margaret warns Hawkeye that if he is playing a joke, she has "a curling iron" in her tent with his name on it. Women in 1953 used curlers. The first electric curling iron was invented in France in 1959.
When Margaret is putting nurse Kellye's boots in the time capsule she called her by her real name Nakahara instead of her character name Yamato. This also happened in another episode when Maj. Winchester made the same mistake.
