There are two concurrent plot here. Klinger decides to do a total remodeling of his quarters (which are also the receptionist area for the unit). He hangs every manner of Toledo and Lebanese junk imaginable. Potter goes ballistic and this drives Klinger to try one last time to head out of Dodge. He forges Potter's signature and comes up with a sad story as to why he should be gone. Unfortunately, there are dire consequences to his actions and he begins to regret what he has done.
Meanwhile, a highly decorated combat veteran of Asian descent, finds himself in the MASH, recovering from a serious leg wound. He finds out that he is going home. This leads to a suicide attempt. Sidney Freedman (one of my favorite characters) is brought in to see what is going on. This is touching episode with a really good dose of humor.
