In earlier seasons, the 4077th had a large pool made of corrugated metal for cooling off. In "Baby It's Cold Outside," a soldier with hypothermia is treated by lowering him into a coffin filled with warm water. There is also a tub seen in "Deluge" in which a soldier with phosphorous rounds in his wound is dunked so they can be removed.
Prior to Radar getting into the tub he is behind a privacy screen. Hawkeye opens the door and a bevy of nurses swarm in around the tub which now includes Radar.
Radar wouldn't have had time to get from behind the privacy screen into the tub.

They never changed the bath water, or alluded to the fact that "bathed in" water was anathema. They couldn't drain & refill the tub that quickly.
Father Mulcahy appears to be holding a toilet brush as he angrily emerges from the bathing tent (see photo on main page).
After Klinger ousts Margaret from the tub, she runs into the mess tent wearing only her towel. She should have run to her own tent.
