Unbeknownst to MacGyver, one of the men on his program is an escaped Prisoner with murder on his mind.
Excellently done episode, very tricky in the way it conceals which of the hikers is the killer. None of them are that pleasant. And all of them have clues to the possibility they are the murderer. Perhaps because we are all potential murderers at heart.
The only recognizable face is Adam Arkin, son of Alan. But that's no dead giveaway.
