Good episode but why is this classed as Series 5 and not Series 6?

Warning: Spoilers
Not much to say really other than despite it being a series 5 episode, it has the series 6 titles and Janey (Daniela Denby-Ashe) has the look (the brunette look) that she has in series 6?

My Family 2.0 begins
studioAT27 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
With break out star Kris Marshall (Nick) leaving the show 'My Family' took a little break to probably figure out whether to stick or twist.

It decided to go on, with Robert Lindsay and Zoe Wannamaker still on board you can't blame them, despite the previous years Special being as good a way to end as you were likely to get.

As Lindsay himself said "When Kris Marshall left I was convinced that was it. But somehow Zoë and I have kept the essence of it together."

This is, in my opinion, 'My Family' 2.0. The characters are that little bit more OTT (was Ben always that grumpy or Susan that sarky?) and the comedy a bit broader courtesy of Abi and Roger.

There is also a very obvious 'Nick replacement' in the form of Alfie, who is given quick opportunities to establish relationships with the key characters (surrogate son/brother for Susan/Michael) and stooge for Ben.

This episode doesn't all work, the timeline seems to be off (Kenzo being born at Christmas - since when??), it's a show rather finding its feet again, but there are some nice moments.
