Near the end, the British Embassy staff are involved in a drive-by shooting, in a dark blue Lincoln Continental, with the shooter in the front passenger seat. A second later, the car is now a dark blue Jaguar (as mentioned near the beginning of the episode), and a fair-haired bad guy gets into the now unoccupied front seat. A second later, Bridges and Dominguez are now chasing the dark blue Continental again. The car remains a Continental, until it arrives at the British Embassy, where a dark haired (rather than the fair haired who got in) man steps out of the front passenger seat.
During the closing Nash and Joe are feeding seagulls from the pier and the wings of a seagull that just landed right next to him on the railing can be seen, but a split second after a wide camera shot shows them leaving the railing and the seagull is nowhere to be seen.
Obviously no research done for this episode. In low risk countries British Embassies and Consulates are guarded by private security guards not the military. The Royal Marines would not be guarding in Dress Uniform. The weapons they are carrying had been taken out of service 6 years before. And lastly the British military do not use Humvee's.
