At 04:12- there is no way that Tim could escape Kate's hold without dislocating a shoulder.
When the man was running out of the area of dumped cars trying to escape the bombs that were landing, he still had his hands tied together in front of him. Later when the NCIS crew were investigating the area, Gibbs followed the dead man's footprints and found, what looks like, leather shoelaces a fair distance from the body.
Fornell shows up asking why NCIS ran the fingerprints of a certain person, not knowing that the guy was dead. They go to the morgue, then Fornell & Gibbs have their conversation in the elevator, after which Fornell says the FBI thinks he killed the dead guy, and is arrested. This takes place over what would have been maybe 10-15 minutes in real time. There's no way it would go from the FBI asking why NCIS ran the prints to Fornell being accused and arrested for murder.
At 05:12- there are two people in the NCIS truck but at 05:17- Gibbs, Kate and Tony have exited the truck.
At 07:17-obviously unexploded ordinance was not cleared.
At 08:32- the only place in the area that's not covered with straw has an important footprint for Gibbs to discover.
The vehicles on the bombing range are still all upright.
At 04:40- Kate kicks Tim in the nuts for no reason.
