When Donald Macey got out of Prison two years ago, Alan Ward have him a let up getting him a job, his partner suspects he's mixed up with a bad lot, Jinny Sutton and co.
Best episode for a while I think, I enjoyed the story, and really liked the involvement of Alan Ward, a personal interest for him, and once again we learn that he's not all bad.
It's a story of armed robbery told from a very different angle, normally you get the crime and the subsequent fallout, here those elements are almost superfluous, it's all about the build up, the origins of the crime and its planning phase, a very interesting perspective.
Stanley Lebor was so good as the villainous Sutton, so well known for playing Howard in Ever decreasing circles, it's always interesting seeing him in such a role as this.
Energetic, bit of action, good story, I enjoyed this, 8/10.
