"I mistook you for someone I gave a damn about"

Warning: Spoilers
This is a major step up from the previous episode, the issues are still there of the repeated storyline, but in this is one it's much more heartfelt. We get deep in what made Dan actually wanting to be a lawyer in the first place, and it gives yet another layer to this amazing character. The best thing about this episode is Roz and Dan's friendship, it was always a kind of a intimate one, in a strange way, ever since that episode in the elevator where he panics but Roz tells everyone he was very calm and smooth to save his face, and that they've estabelished their relationship very well, Roz is becoming a great character. The way the episode concluded was expected and kind of forced the way the man all of the sudden told the truth, but it had to serve the plot, Dan's speech is however very good. The diet storyline is mainly pushed to the side, even though it has a funny conclusion in the last scene of the episode, I'll give it a 7, a 3,5 for Dan and the other 3,5 for Roz,the stars of this episode. 7/10 ******* Peter Shelby
