When the parking garage owner (John Byner) asks Felix and Oscar where they live, Felix says, "74th and Central Park West". That address is the San Remo, which was Tony Randall's actual residence for many years. It's also used for the exterior shots of Felix & Oscar's apartment during the series' 4th and 5th years.
When Felix and Oscar go to the garage, all the regulations the garage owner (John Byner) cites are/were accurate (there's only been slight modification to them, but the rules, and landmarks, such as the school he mentions are all there, still). I know; I went to the school, and I grew up in the neighbourhood).
The car Felix and Oscar win is a 1973 Dodge Coronet.
In this episode, and several others, Felix talks about his high school girlfriend, Mildred Fleener. He mentions she was his date the night of his graduation and prom. In the episode broadcast a week earlier, The Odd Holiday (1973), he reveals his ex-wife, Gloria's maiden name was the same, when he sums up the tale of their breakup by telling Murray, "that's the story of Felix Unger and Gloria Fleener."
The New York license plates on their 1973 Dodge Coronet are XK-8869.
