Stan almost causes an accident driving a bus out of the depot onto the main road, the near miss prompts Blakey into changing things round, and making it a sacred environment.
It's a pretty good episode, perhaps not a favourite, but there are some funny moments. It's very much a story of its time, with the unions playing a big part in the day to day proceeding of the work place. Health and safety is mocked, compare it to today.
It was funny seeing Blakey on top of the lady passenger, and seeing her coming to a similar fate later on, possibly the funniest moments of this one.
It was a good episode for Stephen Lewis, Blakey was one of the show's best characters, and he was definitely on form here, the scene of him sprawled out, with his head through the railings, that was very funny.
7/10.
