In the scene where Bodie and Williams drive to Miss Walsh's house to kill her, there is a brief shot of the car with Williams in the back and Doyle in the front passenger seat. This is probably supposed to be part of the later sequence where Bodie and Williams take Doyle to the woods to shoot him, inserted in the wrong place during editing.
In the scene where the DX-300 shortwave radio is found to be the source of Kovacs voice for the mannequin, the close up of radio shows it to be switched off.
In the final shoot-out during the speedboat chase, Bodie runs out of ammunition after just 5 shots. Also his pistol changes from a revolver to a semi-automatic. Even if borrowing a semi-automatic from Doyle off screen due to exhausting the ammo in his own revolver, that would even less explain the complete lack of ammo after so few shots by Bodie. (Doyle concentrates on driving the speedboat throughout and when asked about more ammo says that he has uselessly left a spare clip in the car).
Cowley and the head of MI6 appear here to come under the authority of one Minister of the Crown, but CI5 is actually under the auspices of the Home Office, while MI6 (SIS) is commanded by the Foreign Secretary.
In the scene where Twig shoots Mitchell who falls in slow motion off his boat, the filming lights illuminating the scene can be seen flickering very prominently, due to beating between the mains frequency of the lights and the very high frame rate used to achieve the slow motion. They should have used DC-powered lights!
During the scene after the Kovac chase, Cowley is in the office with Walsh, a silver mic appears.
