I like the show a lot but the inconsistencies in the back story of Malone is really irritating. First his daughter comes to live with him then she shoots him and is on the run. Then she is in court on one episode then two episodes later she is calling her dad while on the run. Then a few episodes later she's going off to college even though on probation. Now Christmas and they act like he hasn't seen her in years and she is just off skiing with friends. What the heck. Now I understand why the series was probably canceled.
