Rawhide...

I watch Rawhide along with other similar shows every morning and I love these shows. While watching "Incident of The Sendoff" this morning I noticed, near the end of the episode, behind "Favor" and "Rowdy" in the distance a car driving down the road. I know it's hard to make sure things like this doesn't happen but while watching a show that is set before cars or at least before many people had cars it's funny to see a car just driving down the road in the background. A great blooper to add to their collection.

Massacre

As we learned from the last episode Gil Favor's drovers are gathering their own herd from scrub maverick cattle. While hunting them up in some thick underbrush country Eric Fleming finds the remains of a wagon train with graves. He also finds the wagonmaster who survived played by Darren McGavin leading a hermit like existence.

Soon enough Lillian Bronson join the drovers. Bronson looking for the grave of her son and Claude Akins who has his own agenda.

Nice performances from the guest stars. And the cattle drive gets under way again.
