While being chased by three men, Rockford pulls a fire alarm. No alarm bell goes off anywhere in the building, although the fire department does arrive. Fire alarms exist not just to alert the fire department, but also to alert the occupants of a building that a fire is present, and any building with sprinklers would also have alarms as well. Most likely, the silent alarm was for the viewers' sake, as well as to feature the episode's original soundtrack for the climactic escape from the building.
When Rockford and Doyle find Kimball dead in the Chevrolet inside the parking garage, Rockford opens the door and climbs inside to check on him. Of course, he leaves his fingerprints all over the interior & exterior of the car.
Not really an "error" - but something that could cause him to be a suspect unnecessarily. (Note: Jim's seen putting a handkerchief into his shirt pocket while walking away from the vehicle which implies that he'd wiped off the prints).

At the Jack in the Box drive-thru, Rockford orders a taco (which are always deep-fried at Jack in the Box) and it's already prepared and bagged when he immediately pulls up to the window.
Early in the episode when meeting with his client Rockford says, "that they break out a new deck of Bicycles every few hands." In the poker scenes, the actors are actually playing with a deck of Bee playing cards, a higher-end product of the same company.
