A Classic
samwa-2731113 October 2019
In this classic episode, Sheen gives an uncanny and electrifying performance. It almost seems as though he really is who he portrays.

His eyes, expressions, even the accent, is brilliant.

The scene with Danko near the end, with Country, is good, but a direct lift from King of the Hill, from Hawaii Five O.

As always, O'Laughlin, grates on me, but the pace of this show; sensitivity to Country, and acting, makes this one of the best of all the 70s.

Ryker orders a huge shipment of cocaine to be destroyed, a junkie in an out patient treatment overhears about it and steals it.

A good episode, with an excellent performance by Sheen as the junkie, an Southern Vietnam vet named Country. Sheen was appearing as a guest star on nearly every show at this time. He was in Cannon, Streets Of Francisco and Columbo in the same year as this show, he gets one of his best and showiest roles here. Terry is taken hostage when he tries to investigate and his cover is blown. One of the most memorable scenes is when Country tries to force feed some of the coke on Terry.
