Returning guests for this ep of "Laugh-In" include John Byner from the previous week and Kaye Ballard from a few weeks before. Among cameos are of James Garner, John Wayne, Harry Belefonte, and Shelley Berman during his first appearance on the show. Arte Johnson's Tyrone character had previously made brief appearances but here, he's frequently in one of the running skits but has yet to be paired with Ruth Buzzi's Gladys. One of the skits had a woman in a courtroom who can't say what the man who had designs on her wanted her to do to him so she wrote it down for the jury to see. I automatically recognized that as something that also appeared on the first ep of "Saturday Night Live"! In summary, I found this to be a funny enough "Laugh-In" ep.
