Warning: Spoilers
In this ep of "Laugh-In": Johnny Carson takes Dick Martin's place during the monologue segment, guest star Peter Lawford plays George Washington, Ruth Buzzi's Gladys meets David Jensen, and the show salutes the military during wartime with a poignant sketch of Dan Rowan mentioning going through World War II, Korea, and Vietnam before dressing as an MP while Frank Sinatra's recording of "It Was a Very Good Year" is playing. Also, Paul Winchell returns as Lucky Pierre with another unlucky dummy-this time a female one who's pregnant on stage...This was one of the funniest eps of "Laugh-In" yet!
