After he stole the oil underneath Springfield Elementary and blocked out the sun, the people of Springfield become fed up with Mr. Burns. The wily old miser has taken to carrying around a gun with him. The other town residents have guns, too. One fateful night, Marge finds Mr. Burns shot. Who did it? Homer? Grandpa? Barney? Moe? Skinner? Smithers? Snake? Dr. Hibbert? Bumblebee Man?
Mr. Burns plots to siphon the oil well underneath Springfield Elementary, and in doing so costs Groundskeeper Willie his job, robs the school of music, wrecks Bart's tree house, and wrecks the old folk's home. Then he blocks out the sun to provide all the power himself, which causes outrage. He's shot by a mystery assailant, but who IS it?—movieguy3
