When Rembrant is looking at his doubles newborn son the baby is wrapped in a towel. When they go in for a close-up of the baby it is wearing a satin-frilly outfit. This is in fact a shot from a later scene. Instead of shooting a closeup of the baby wrapped in the towel they just took the shot from another scene.
For the slide near the end, Arturo is holding on to Rembrandt on his left side as they go towards the vortex. When they enter the wormhole and the camera shifts to a rear view of the pair, their places are reversed. Rembrandt is now on Arturo's right side.
At the end of the episode, Wade runs away to get help. After she leaves, she is briefly back with the group and starts running away again.
Quinn withdraws his sword from Rembrandt's double. In the next angle, Quinn's sword is still pointed at him.
Rembrandt and Danielle enter surgery in separate rooms at the same hospital within a minute. The wall clocks in their rooms point to two significantly different times.
When Quinn activates the timer, the direction of the beam is directed above the heads of the Sliders. However, the vortex is level with the floor.
Quinn's face is squashed against a hospital door early on. The second close-up of his face is a re-use of the first time and slowed down. Notice Stellos walking in the background.
In the 3rd season Episode "The Prince of Slides", while Quinn is sword fighting near the end of the episode, a cameraman's camera and arm are visible on the left side while he is filming the fight from another angle.
Just as the winged girl is thrown by her mother, a hand is visible in the lower left of the frame. This is most likely a crew member signaling the actress.
The shadow of the boom mic is seen on the hedge when the Sliders are running to the house at the end of the episode.
