The main thing of note here is an appearance by Andie MacDowall prior to movie stardom. The lead, Inwood, has the charisma of a cement wall. And the story spends much too much time with him. It's easy to see why this did not go to series. It's too bad one of the last two episodes of Spenser was wasted on it. It's barely serviceable Spenser.
