Dukat leaves Ops with Sisko's baseball, staggers around the Promenade with it in his hand, and gives it back to Sisko in the final scene. But, in his scene with Ziyal between the Promenade scene and the final one, he is not carrying the baseball, and none of the full-body shots of him show any evidence that he could be carrying it inside a pocket.
Dukat orders a half dozen squadrons to break formation and chase after the Starfleet attack fighters, to lull Sisko into a false sense that his strategy is working. However, according the O'Brian's readings, only 2 squadrons broke off, not a half dozen.
The Female Changeling tells Odo that Kira has been arrested. According to Dukat and Damar, she was merely brought in for questioning, as an arrest would risk sparking a backlash among the Bajoran people.
When DS9 is retaken, 4 Starfleet vessels are seen arriving: a Galaxy-class ship, 2 Excelsior-class ships, and a Miranda-class variant. In the next shot of the station, only 1 Excelsior-class ship is seen, along with a Neblua-class ship and a Yeager-type ship visible, as well as the Defiant. The Miranda-class variant, Galaxy-class ship, and one of the Excelsior-class ships are gone. This is a result of recycling footage from two different previous episodes.
When the Cardassian guard examines the hasperat soufflé Quark and Ziyal are bringing to Kira the camera changes to Quark and Ziyal, and when it cuts back to the guard the stylus is in a different position.
After Sisko says "Evasive maneuvers, Pattern Omega. We're going through.", there is a flash on the bridge from enemy fire. During the flash, if you look closely, there is a ship diagram of an Excelsior-class ship in the background behind Sisko on the left side of the screen. Defiant is not an Excelsior-class starship.
It is said that 200 Federation and Klingon ships have broken through the lines and are on their way to Deep Space Nine, yet only 4 are seen arriving (a Galaxy-class ship, 2 Excelsior-class ships, and a Miranda-class variant). This is because the footage is reused from "Way of the Warrior," with a Miranda-class ship added in at the bottom of the shot.
While Dukat and Damar are conversing in ops, the same pair of Cardassian officers walks behind Damar, from the left of the screen to the right, several times.
Many of the Starfleet vessels lack hull registries, a result of the same handful of digital models being used repeatedly to represent hundreds of different ships.
The size scaling of the ships in relation to one another varies wildly throughout the battle scenes.
The orders for Dominion and Cardassian forces to evacuate the station is read in the voice of Majel Barrett. Majel Barrett is the voice of Starfleet computers, not Cardassian. All Starfleet files and equipment were purged from DS9 before it was abandoned in "Call to Arms."
Jake Sisko, Major Kira, and Leeta are brought in for "questioning," as they are known associates of Rom and are suspected of being in league with his plans to disable the station. Leeta wasn't even on the station when Rom attempted to sabotage the deflectors, but she is Rom's wife. But Quark, Rom's brother and employer, who has been on the station the entire occupation, is not detained.
Weyoun wishes to evacuated Odo and the Female Changeling to ops for their safety. If he truly believes they are gods, as he has routinely iterated, then he shouldn't believe they need his protection.
Rom says that Nog has been "promoted." A promotion is a change in status from a lower rank to a higher one. When last Rom saw Nog, he was a cadet, and thus had no rank. A more accurate description would be to say that he graduated.
Damar openly and loudly muses about throwing Weyoun and the Founder out of an airlock in ops, when there are Jem'Hadar soldiers posted around. The Jem'Hadar are fanatically loyal and would not tolerate threats against their leaders like that.
When Dukat is rambling in his holding cell after having a mental breakdown, Sisko suggest that perhaps Dr. Bashir can do something for him. Bashir is a general practitioner, not a mental health specialist.
