The Breen suggest that Damar have his universal translator adjusted. Damar says he would have if he'd been informed they were meeting the Breen. The whole point of a universal translator is that it is, as the name implies, universal. No adjustments should be necessary for a known language.
When Sisko is making dinner he pushes away Kasidy when she tries to stir. He then puts his hands on the rim of the pot and touches the side of the pot without getting burnt.
When Worf says the line, "I have made my feelings clear back on Goralis III," the movement of his mouth does not match the audio.
The Breen language is heard as a series of electronic noises, though apparently it is understood by the other characters thanks to their universal translators, and Damar and Weyoun are both shown to be able to carry conversations with Breen. Since none of the characters are actually speaking English, but rather different alien languages converted to English for the audience's sake, there's no reason the Breen language should not be similarly translated.
The last time Anjohl Tennan comes to see Kai Winn, Solbor announces to Winn that Anjohl is there claiming she called for him. Kai Winn says to, "show him in." Anjohl is already in the room with them.
Kai Winn repeatedly refers to Dukat, in his identity as Anjohl Tennan, as "Anjohl." In Bajoran culture, the family name comes first and the given name is second. She should be calling him by his given name, Tennan. Solbor makes the same mistake. Ironically Anjohl, the only one who is not an authentic Bajoran, refers to Kai Winn Adami correctly by her given name, Adami.
On the bridge of the Jem'Hadar vessel, two of the Jem'Hadar are wearing the command headsets, but neither Weyoun nor Damar is. Only the Jem'Hadar First should be wearing one, with the other worn by his overseer.
Damar says that "they'll just make another copy" of Weyoun. In both "Treachery, Faith, and the Great River" and "What You Leave Behind" it is stated that clones are made in batches and activated as needed. The Founders will not make another Weyoun, but they have one (the last one, as it turns out) ready to go.
After her vision of the Pah-wraiths, Kai Winn instructs "Anjohl Tennan" (Gul Dukat in disguise) to find Solbor bring her the Orb from the station's temple. She is aware that "Anjohl Tennan" is the guide her visions said would be sent to her, a vision she now knows came from the Pah-wraiths. If she believes that he is the guide that was promised, she should not trust him to perform such an important task for her.
