A visual effects error: When Captain Janeway launches a photon torpedo, it is shown emerging from the Delta Flyer's navigational deflector instead of the torpedo launcher located well below it.
When the Delta Flyer was first introduced on the show, it was obvious some of the prop monitors were 20th century flat-panel LCD screens, probably connected to computers running the graphics. In this episode, when they are in the back of the Delta Flyer preparing lunch, one of these monitors appears to have a Windows 98 error dialogue box open.
When Mortimer Harren is in the escape pod heading towards the creatures, there is a 20th-century computer mouse icon moving around on a readout screen.
When Seven gives the ship-wide efficiency analysis, she interviews the Doctor about a crewman named William Telfer who visits sickbay quite often. It is unlikely Seven has this knowledge about this crewman because of doctor-patient confidentiality. After that, the doctor tells everybody that Mr. Telfer is a hypochondriac. Hypochondriasis is a very serious illness anxiety disorder. Because of the medical oath, the Doctor should not have mentioned this at all.
