After T'akaya finishes talking to the spirit impersonating General Hammond about destroying the base if the two lose contact, she morphs back into her wolf form. As she is doing so, you can see a string tied around the wolf's leg. This reveals that the "wolf" is in actuality a Husky, and the string is tied to her tail, so she will carry it low as a wolf would and not high on her back as that breed does.
Near the beginning, General Hammond is informed that the incoming gate is SG-11 returning. However, the gate is not fully active yet, so there is no way they could have received a signal to indicate who was coming.
A few soldiers are running towards the wolf in a hallway. After T'akaya in disguise as a wolf lets them disappear, you can clearly see a hand signaling the wolf to continue walking towards it.
At the very start, Col. Jack O'Neill gets shot through the upper arm by an (un-poisoned or otherwise doped) arrow which somehow incapacitates him enough for him to end up in one of the SGC's hospital beds, even though that sort of wound would have categorized him as 'walking wounded'.
