  Alice : Our savior, Mr. Manfred. He was going to re-open a factory. Television sets, tape recorders, that's what we all worked on before the industry went sour in America.

  Clark Kent : What happened? Why didn't he open it?

  Alice : He built a factory in Korea instead.
