At the time this episode was made, Robert Urich was 31, and three years older than Cristina Ferrare, who was 28. But for their characters, it was opposite. Dan Tanna (Robert Urich) was 25, and fortunately three years younger than Shawn Adams (Cristina Ferrare), who was 28.
In the pilot episode, Bart Braverman had a cameo as a comic relief thug tailing Dan Tana, whose sidekicks/co-stars were Will Sampson and Chick Vennera. In this episode, Braverman's character tells Dan Tana he's out of the crime business, and then becomes his comic relief sidekick/co-star, replacing both Will Sampson and Chick Vennera, who would only turn up on occasion.
Cristina Ferrare was in the first episode of Vega$ and the last. Centerfold the first and Nightmare Come True and last.
When picking up the lion, Dan drives a blue Mustang instead of his red T-Bird.
