A very well-plotted and well-acted season two episode actually filmed in 1979 with a show-stopping performance by Jim Bailey who does some great numbers both in costume and sans makeup as 'Jeremy Welles'. Darleen Carr is also good as a possible suspect. An uncredited Eric Braeden's voice is used to good advantage as 'Martin'. I won't go into detail for those who have yet to see this episode. Bill Fletcher is also a stand out as another possible suspect. You have to concentrate on the plot as it unfolds, as it is quite complex. Check out the Video Cassette Recorder timer from 1979, just when the machines were in their infancy. In all a very good episode. You can tell why Jim Bailey is so popular and talented to this day.
