In this Voyager episode Bogg and Jeffrey pick up a companion in their travels,
retired Voyager Michael Fox. He's restless in retirement in Brooklyn of all
places where the guys save Albert Einstein's life from some falling debris at a
construction site. After another stop in the Franco-Prussian War where Clara
Barton is also saved the guys are off to the middle east in the year 1272.
Enter the Polo family, Marco Polo and his father and uncle who are on the way to meet Keye Luke playing Kublai Khan. But the Omni is on red because the Polo Brothers have been detained by some Persian tribesmen headed by Mako. As they are Venetian merchants they have all kinds of trade goods. And they themselves are also marketable as slaves as Bogg and Jeffrey.
Michael Fox really steals the episode as Voyager Isaac Blikstein. He's quite a kvetch to use the native parlance. He's helpful after awhile but I'm sure Jon-Erik Hexum and Meeno Peluce are grateful he's not around all the time.
You're going to love Michael Fox in this story.
