This episode of Wagon Train has Robert Fuller detached to accompany Beverly Owen to a small town where her sister Suzanne Pleshette and husband Charles Drake live. But this is one strange marriage as Pleshette is a wild child who works in the town saloon owned by Rex Reason and Drake is the sheriff. As you can imagine he's not held in high esteem.
For reasons that the story doesn't ever flush out, Owen blames Drake for what has become of Pleshette. There is a flashback that shows clearly who is to blame for both of these women as they are. They were raised by a Puritanical preacher father Dayton Lummis. Owen has her own issues as well. Where as Pleshette became a trollop, Owen is frigid. Pleshette also has another problem which I won't get into.
Definitely not one of the better Wagon Train episodes.
