- An investigation into the theft of a state-of-the-art military helicopter for use in the drug trade leads Walker to a former fellow Marine Corps officer, who abandoned his unit 25 years ago in Vietnam.
- During his stint in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, Walker and Randy Shrader served in the Special Forces. During a crucial battle, Shrader sells out to the People's Army of Vietnam, abandoning Walker's unit and leaving them for dead. Almost a quarter century later, Shrader has become very wealthy as the lord of a massive drug cartel. To make his hold on the illegal trade even stronger, he steals a state-of-the-art military helicopter, killing several army officers in the process. Walker learns of the helicopter's theft and, once he determines who is the mastermind, decides it is long since time to settle the score with Shrader and bring him to justice ... cleaning the streets of drugs in the process.—Brian Rathjen <briguy_52732@yahoo.com>
