Wiekamp is an Air Force Base however the name tag on the guard's uniform reads Fort Wiekamp.
In the scenes where Marita Covarrubias is shown unconscious and intubated, you can clearly see the inflated cuff of the endotracheal tube outside of her mouth, and the tube is not secured in place. In reality this cuff would be in her trachea and thus would not be seen. Additionally, endotracheal tubes in adults are always taped or otherwise secured to the patient's face so that they won't accidentally slip out or migrate too deeply.

The registration number on the Bell UH1 Huey helicopter (N9747P) is obviously a decal pasted over a Canadian registration. N9747P belongs to a Piper PA28 FIXED WING aircraft.
The alien craft crashes inside the confines of - as seen on the sign on the fence - "WEIKAMP AIRFORCE BASE" - which is in West Virginia. Yes, a fictional location, however the US Air Force would not post a sign with the word "AIRFORCE" spelled as a single word, as this is the British spelling of the word.
On at least one occasion the scene location title gave the location of a scene as being in "Silver Springs" Maryland. There is no "Silver Springs" Maryland; the proper name of the city just north of Washington DC is "Silver Spring" - singular not plural. There is, however, a "Silver Springs" in Florida.
If Krycek has a working vaccine from the Russians, it is unclear why he would bargain for what information the Syndicate has on a working vaccine in Patient X (1998). The Syndicate in fact did not have a working vaccine. It is Krychek who provides the Well-Manicured Man with the working vaccine which is then given to Mulder to cure Scully in The X Files (1998).
