This was a so-so episode with Nick Adams as a stereotypical Russian in line for the throne. What caught my eye was how much Adams looked like the present-day ruler of Russia, who has not a drop of royal blood, like all Communists dictators--revolution & assassinations being their way to become czars & emperors & presidents.

Yancy Derringer finds himself protecting a boisterous member of the Russian royal family from assassins.
Grand Duke Alexis fancies himself as a crack shot even when drunk.
Yancy needs to figure out just who wants the Grand Duke dead and is it someone inn his entourage.
It is hard to sympathise with decadent Russians. The would be assassin needed to shot first and talk later.
