Janet Leigh had recently returned from the town of Salta in Argentina where her husband Tony Curtis had been filming scenes for 'Taras Bulba (1962)' since October. Leigh would return to New York City in late January 1962 to start filming the psychological political thriller 'The Manchurian Candidate (1962)'.
